An imperforate hymen is a rare Congenital malformation. anomaly resulting in occultretention of the menstrual products with in the genital tract.
one case of imperf orated hymen with abdominal mass due to hematal pometra was experienced. We present this. case -with reviewing the litratures concerning imperforated hymen.
